Temple Menorah believes that the bonds between neighbors of different faiths make our whole community stronger. Through dialogue, friendship, and shared service, we build bridges across the South Bay, finding common ground and doing good together.
South Bay Interfaith Thanksgiving
For over fifty years, faith organizations from across the South Bay have come together to celebrate Thanksgiving, unity, and community in our annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service. Featuring music, prayer, and dialogue, this yearly event is a cornerstone of the South Bay faith community, and Temple Menorah is proud to plan and implement the Interfaith Thanksgiving Service.
South Bay Catholic-Jewish Women’s Dialogue
At the heart of our interfaith work is the South Bay Catholic-Jewish Women’s Dialogue, an annual gathering where Catholic and Jewish women come together for a day of conversation, learning, and community. It is a chance to listen across traditions, discover what we share, and form friendships that last well beyond the day itself
Serving side by side
Some of our most meaningful interfaith work happens shoulder to shoulder, caring for our neighbors in need. Alongside local churches, our community prepares and serves meals for the hungry, and through Family Promise we help support families experiencing homelessness. Different faiths, one shared commitment to lifting others up.

A spirit of openness runs through everything we do. Temple Menorah is an inclusive community that welcomes interfaith couples and families, and that same warmth extends to our neighbors of every faith. All are welcome here.
