When life brings a joy to celebrate or a challenge to carry, no one at Temple Menorah faces it alone. Chesed, the Hebrew word for loving kindness, is the heart of who we are. Our Chesed team is a group of volunteers who reach out to fellow members with warmth and care, in the happiest moments and the hardest ones.
A community is at its best when it shows up for its people. Whether someone is welcoming a new baby, recovering from illness, grieving a loss, or simply going through a difficult stretch, our Chesed volunteers are there with a kind word, a helping hand, and the reminder that they are part of a family that cares.
