Enrollment
We would love to welcome your family to Tuvia. Enrollment is open year-round, with a rolling, first-come, first-served process, so there is no single deadline to worry about. Here is how it works, step by step.
How enrollment works

Express interest
Reach out to let us know you are interested. You can submit an interest card, call, or email us with any questions. Spots are offered to interested families on a first-come, first-served basis, and a deposit reserves your place on our waitlist.
Schedule a tour
Come see Tuvia for yourself. Our Director of Early Childhood Education leads campus tours as scheduling allows, so you can meet our team, see our classrooms and playground, and picture your child here. Email us to set up a visit.
Submit your contract and documents
Once you are ready to enroll, you will complete a few required items (listed below). We use DocuSign for a secure, mostly paperless process, so most of this can be done online.
Onboarding
Before the first day, our staff help your family get ready, including a friendly playground visit so your child can get comfortable. We will also set you up on Brightwheel, our daily communication and check-in system, where you will handle check-in and check-out and stay in touch with your child’s teachers.
First day
On the big day, your child is warmly welcomed into their classroom and into our community. From the very first morning, our focus is on helping every child and family feel at home.

To complete enrollment, please have the following ready:
- A completed enrollment contract
- Licensing paperwork
- A Physician's Report, completed by your child's pediatrician
- Proof of immunization
